No. Group classes are offered as complete courses with a fixed schedule. You need to enrol in and pay for the full course rather than booking individual group sessions.
No. Group courses follow a fixed schedule that is shown before payment. Individual group sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by students after enrolment.
Yes. You may reschedule one private lesson during your course, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson cannot be accepted.
Standard class sessions are 75 minutes long. In some cases, shorter 30-minute follow-up sessions may also be available depending on the lesson type and your study plan.
All classes are conducted online via Zoom. Your booking details and Zoom access information will be available through your account, and class times will be shown in your local time zone.
